My career path has been far from linear but I know I'm exactly where I am meant to be – helping overwhelmed people create a brighter future through financial education, advice and mentorship.
Through my legal background and lived experience I get the emotional side of dealing with big financial decisions and the sticky tricky fine print.
My experience dealing with Dad's MS diagnosis inspired me to look at the bigger picture and find other ways to assist the over 25,600 Australians living with MS through fundraising and advocacy.
In the last few years I’ve walked The Great Wall of China and cycled 50km across Melbourne to raise money for people affected by MS. I’ve also provided pro bono financial advice to people going through a tough time as an adviser, board director and now Chair, of the Pro Bono Financial Advice Network (PFAN).
This work is a privilege and has given me a humbling sense of perspective.
