Hey! I'm Lara Edar.

I love being able to support clients through every step of the implementation process. Often, they've just received advice that can feel overwhelming or unfamiliar, and I enjoy helping make things clearer, simpler and easier to navigate. Building trust with clients, staying curious and helping turn advice into action is incredibly rewarding.

One of the things I value most about White Rabbit Advisory is the people. Watching the business grow has been exciting, but even more special is being part of a team that genuinely cares about its clients and each other. I still remember the moment I realised how much I loved what I do. I woke up one morning excited to get ready for work, not because I had to, but because I genuinely wanted to. That feeling has stayed with me ever since.

I've always been a curious person. When I was little, I used to tell people I wanted to work at NASA when I grew up. Most people would laugh, and I never quite knew whether it was because the dream seemed impossible or just unexpected. Looking back, I realise that curiosity and ambition never really left me — they’ve simply found a different path.

Before joining White Rabbit, I completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Zoology and spent two years working in customer service. Those experiences taught me the importance of problem-solving, attention to detail and connecting with people.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me planning my next trip. I love travelling, and I'm happiest near the beach or wandering through a garden full of blooms. Otherwise I spend time with my cat Levi, who is always ready for a cuddle and never misses an opportunity to remind me who's really in charge.
