I enjoy helping clients feel supported, organised and confident that everything is being taken care of. Often it's the small details that make the biggest difference, and I love being able to provide reassurance that things are progressing as they should. Whether it's managing documentation, coordinating reviews or helping keep things on track behind the scenes, I take pride in creating a smooth experience for both clients and the team.

My background in Financial Management gave me a strong appreciation for organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail. These are skills I use every day to help ensure clients receive the support they need and feel cared for throughout their journey with us.

I'm naturally quite introverted, which means I'm usually more of a listener than a talker when meeting someone for the first time. But once I get to know people, I enjoy building genuine connections and sharing a few laughs along the way.

Outside of work, I love unwinding with a good movie or TV series. You'll often find me at the cinema, spending time with dogs, or discovering a new show to add to my watch list. I appreciate life's quieter moments and enjoy the simple things that help me recharge and stay balanced.

What does financial security mean to you?

For me, financial security means being safe, stable, and having peace of mind—knowing that I’m protected against the unexpected.

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be?

I would love to have dinner with my Mom. I lost her when I was 13, and now that I have a stable job, I would really love the chance to treat her.

What's your favourite quote?

Progress is made by those who choose not to quit. Small steps forward still move you closer to where you want to be.

If you could live in any city in the world for a year, where would it be and why?

I would choose a place with beautiful, peaceful beaches. I really love going to the beach because I find it relaxing and it helps me unwind.
